Green sea turtles are among the largest reptiles on earth. They spend their entire life in the ocean except for brief trips to shore for nesting. Fishermen catch them for food, for their shells, or simply by accident. Nesting beaches are being taken over by people which makes it harder for the turtles to reproduce.
